Dear Guests, Families, and Friends of MediLodge of Leelanau
Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Nicole Moore and I am the new (old) Director of Nursing for MediLodge of Leelanau Skilled Nursing Center. Some of you may remember me as I was the previous director of nursing from July 2017 until January 2018. I am truly delighted to have the opportunity to return to MediLodge of Leelanau. It is of the upmost importance to me that we provide excellent service to those that entrust us with their care and I consider it a privilege to be allowed to do so.
I have been a Registered Nurse for seventeen years. Most of my career has been spent working in long-term care and sub-acute rehab. I have also worked at Munson Medical Center, both in the critical care setting and as an inpatient oncology nurse. I am a certified adult/geriatric nurse practitioner as well as a board certified gerontological nurse. Geriatric care is my true passion and I strive every day to use my education and experience to help guide the care we give each and every resident.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, which includes my husband, our three wonderful sons, and my two naughty beagles!
Again, I am so excited to be back at MediLodge of Leelanau. I look forward to catching up with those of you who already know me and to meet those who don’t.
